2020/5/5 - Application for Anti-epidemic Fund - Catering Business (Social Distancing) Subsidy Scheme

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) is operating the Catering Business (Social Distancing) Subsidy Scheme under the Anti-epidemic Fund.  The Scheme is now open to applications from eligible food licence holders for a grant of one-off subsidy.  A one-off subsidy will be provided to eligible licence holders of the premises in operation including general restaurants, light refreshment restaurants, marine restaurants and factory canteens according to the approved floor area of the licensed premises, as set out in the table below.

Each eligible catering outlets conducting nightclub business and whole of its licensed premises has been closed pursuant to the directions issued under the Prevention and Control of Diseases (Requirements and Directions)(Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap.599F) when the directions are in effect is eligible for a further one-off subsidy of $50,000.
